How to redeem Sikka to my bank or wallet account?
The purpose of Sikka is to use it for shopping as a loyalty program. You cannot convert it to cash and transfer it to bank account or other wallets. You can only use it for shopping at the merchants that accept Sikka which is listedinourapp or website.
How can I earn Sikka
You can earn Sikka by shopping at the merchants. For each shopping, the merchants will give you more Sikka in return of the purchase and varies from merchant to merchant. Kindly check out our app to find out what the percentage of your shopping will be issued to you as Sikka.
I did not get an OTP (One Time Password) thru SMS
If you did not get an SMS with your OTP, then kindly go to FORGOT PASSWORD and enter your mobile number. Your OTP will be sent to you again. Even after doing this, you still do not get an OTP, kindly either call our callcenter +977-1-5970800 or chat with us from the Support section of EarnSikka app or from our website.
Can I withdraw cash of the Sikka I have in my balance?
No. You cannot convert your Sikka to cash. You have to use it to purchase any goods/services from the various merchants that are listed in our app.
Can I use Sikka to recharge my mobile?
Yes if one of the merchants listed in our app offers recharge services which you can use your Sikka to buy the same.
How do I pay the Merchant for the goods/services that I buy?
Please open the app and use the QR function which is in the center of the footer. With this you can scan the QR that the merchant has. You can enter enter the amount to pay thru Sikka, the total invoice amount and the invoice number for your future reference.
